Our online prices are constantly tracked and monitored. It is a matter of pride for us to provide you with a large selection of products at a reasonable price point. We do however reserve the right to correct any pricing mistakes that may have occurred due to technical problems or a human error, by cancelling or refunding orders placed at the incorrect price. The prices listed on our website are shown in Euros (€) with VAT (24%) included.

For our finnish customers we support online payment when you have an account in Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, OP-Pohjola, POP pankki, S-pankki, Säästöpankki, Tapiola or Ålandsbanken.

In order to purchase products from our online store you are required to be at least 18 years or older.
We offer a choice of shipping methods from the Universal Postal Union as well as DHL. Shipments without Europe are usually shipped using either DHL Parcel Connect or Priority / EMS Postal parcels. Shipments to outside of Europe are usually shipped using DHL Express.
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act we are liable for all products sold at our online store. Product warranties vary between 12 months and 5 years depending on the product and they cover all manufacturing defects. In service cases that are not due to a manufacturing defect (incorrect use of the product or a defect caused by incorrect use of the product) maintenance has the right to charge a service fee.
With service cases you may contact the manufacturer or a local service point directly. Naturally you may also contact our customer support online.
Ecosto grants all products sold at our online store with a 14 day money back guarantee. This means that as our customer you have the right to return a purchase within 14 days of receiving it or a notice of arrival. When returning a purchase, always contact us first via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive more specific instructions. Please include the product information and your contact information on your message.
Return policy restrictions
The returned product must be in its original condition, returned in full and in its original packaging.
- If you need to return any item to us, please send it back to us within 14 days of receipt of the order (unless faulty).
- Where a product has been personalised for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange.
- It's important that any items returned to us, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition. We would like this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's unused.
- We would recommend that you return your items via registered post (you will need to pay for delivery which is non-refundable unless faulty).
Return Shipping Costs
If the reason for return is due to our error (wrong or faulty product), we will of course pay or refund the return shipping costs. If you're returning from a country which is covered by our Easy Return Service contract, you can return your order via that and we'll just deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If we don't have a contract in your country, you'll have to pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. Always contact us at email@example.com beforehand and we'll try to find the best option for returning your order.
Extrajudicial dispute resolution
When a disagreement over a trade deal cannot be solved through negotiations between the two parties, a consumer can bring the matter to be resolved by a Consumer Disputes Board. Before bringing the matter to a Consumer Disputes Board, you must first contact a consumer advisor at a local register office.
A dispute regarding an online purchase can also be taken to a dispute resolution body by a consumer using the Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Use the email address firstname.lastname@example.org .
